Bi-annual employee survey campaign needed an engaging new look and feel. 

I lead with the theme of 'light', a universal sign of optimism, to inspire employees to feel that they can make a real difference by taking part in the survey.  

​

Materials created included digital posters, online elements, infographics, printed roller banners, stickers and brochures.  The branding was then extended to the online survey itself, working with Ipsos Mori.
